I am obsessed with the eggs Benedict. I love love love love whatever it is that they do with their hollaindaise sauce. Seriously the best the eggs Benny I've ever had and I've had A LOT. Their sauce is so creamy and feels almost like whipped custard. I've driven from Sac just to get an order!
We had a great breakfast despite a power outage in Middletown. I had a green chile and jack omelette with the home fries, my husband had a ham and cheddar (added tomatoes) and the hash browns, my son had the oatmeal with fixings and a side of bacon. All were happy with their meals and want to come back on our next trip to Clearlake area.

I care about quality food and this is where you will get it. Came to visit Harbin Hot Springs and had breakfast here everyday I was in town. Steak was rare and great! Pancakes were huge! And the eggs Benedict hollandaise sauce was phenomenal. Great folks and super hospitality.
This is a great small town cafe with spacious parking and comfortable seating indoors and outdoors. It was moderately busy but we were waited upon within 5 minutes. We order our drinks: -Coffee and OJ and a bit later on our food: -Corned Beef Hash w/ Rye Toast and Over medium eggs -Omelette with white toast and hash browns -Side of Bacon It was approximately 20 minutes until we received our food but golee was it worth the wait. Everything was hot and robust. We were regularly waited upon with kindness, and the outdoor seating gave us the perfect morning breakfast. Will always come back and support! We went into the Cowpoke today for a quick lunch. We were greeted by two smiling faces as soon as the door closed behind us. We were seated among about four other tables and delivered iced tea in less than five minutes of receiving our menus. We asked our server what was her favorite and she said a crispy chicken sandwich or the patty melt all day! I got the patty melt and my husband got the BMS burger. We waited 20 minutes for our food and boy oh boy did the kitchen deliver! My patty melt had a crisp buttery toast on it and the pink line going through the middle was nailed as med well. My salad was not watery and my veggies were ripe & delicious. My husband said his burger was amazing and his fries were so hot he had to wait a few to eat them. From start to finish, we were out the door in an hour. We will be going back for sure. (Only reason why this is not a five star is because the bathroom needed some TLC.)
